Cows came in for calving today. In theory it kicks off properly this week end.

Newborn calves look cute, and cows are important for looking after our important habitats, but please remember they will think your cockerpoo is a wolf looking to eat their baby and you don’t want to get on the wrong side of 700kg of protective mummy! So when walking your dog please stay away from cows with calves especially in spring when the calves are young.
